New York is the third most populated state in the entire nation and when we think of it, we think of New York, NY, the exciting city, not the agricultural industry. New Mexico is located in the southwest region of the United States. The state has a density of only 16 per square mile within the entire state, making it the 6th most sparsely populated state in all of the United States. It used to be populated almost entirely by Native Americans for centuries before becoming a U.S. territory. New Mexico offers a huge variety of flora and fauna that is much different from the rest of the United States, by having a geography made from a range of flat desert areas and pinon-juniper woodlands. New Jersey is part of both the Northeastern and the Mid-atlantic regions of the United States. It has one of the richest histories in the United States as well as having been inhabited by Native Americans for more than 2,800 years. New Hampshire is one of the smaller states in the United States. It’s 42nd in population, 44th in land area, and 46th in total area of the state. It is located in the northeast tip and part of the New England region of the United States. The weather in New Hampshire is a humid, continental climate with mild summers with high humidity, and extremely cold and wet winters.
